It’s summer and that means Kelly’s Kitchen moves outside and the hubby takes over the grill which leaves me time to work on perfecting side dishes. The last two years, I have been focused on creating the perfect coleslaw recipe. I have it narrowed down. I stay away from the mayonnaise based recipes as we regularly take the coleslaw as our contribution to pot luck picnics during the summer.
