  Vermont Spay Neuter Incentive Program (VSNIP)
 
 

The rules that may be downloaded below implement the Dog, Cat and Wolf-Hybrid Spaying and Neutering Program of the Agency of Agriculture, Food and Markets, pursuant to Title 20 VSA Chapter 193 Subchapter 6. The purpose of the VSNIP program is to encourage permanent sexual sterilization of dogs, cats and wolf-hybrids in order to reduce the population of unwanted companion animals and protect public health and safety.

Individuals who are interested in applying for VSNIP program benefits are encouraged to download and print an application through the link below, complete it, and return it to the VSNIP office at P.O.
